To break external links:

Open the Excel workbook.
Click on the 'Data' tab on the Ribbon.
In the 'Connections' group, click on 'Edit Links'.
In the 'Edit Links' dialog box, you will see a list of all external files that your workbook is linked to.
Select the external file link that you want to break.
Click on 'Break Link'. This will convert any formulas linking to this external file into static values in your worksheet.

After that, click on the 'Manager Information'  tab at the bottom of the Excel window.
