Click on cell A2. Then, hold down your mouse button and drag to cell F10.
Alternatively, click on A2, then hold down the Shift key and click on F10. This should highlight the range A2 through F10. Convert the Range into a Table:
With the range A2:F10 selected, go to the Ribbon at the top of Excel.
Click on the Insert tab.
In the Tables group, click on Table.
Excel will confirm the range of your table (A2:F10). Ensure the box “My table has headers” is checked. Click OK.
Once the table is created, Table Tools will be activated, and the Design tab will appear. In the Table Styles group on the Design tab, look for the Olive Green, Table Style Medium 12. You may need to scroll through the styles to find it. Click on this style to apply it to your table. Name the Table as 'Han':
With the table still selected, go to the Design tab under Table Tools.
On the left side, you will see a box that shows the table name. It might be something like 'Table1' by default.
Click in this box and type 'Han' to rename your table.
Fill the data given in the table 1.
