  2. In the range B7:B18, apply the Percentage number format with two decimal places, then copy this format to the range D7:D18.
  3. In the range C7:C18, apply the Number number format, then increase the decimals to show three decimal places.
  4. Change the background color of the range A7:D9 to Green, Accent 6, Lighter 80% (10th column, 2nd row of the Theme Colors palette).
  5. Copy the formatting of the range A7:D9, then paste the formatting in the range A13:D15.
  6. In the range A6:D18, add a border around all cells using the All Borders option.

  1. Select A7 through A9, right click and select copy. Then, select A10 through A18 and right click and look for the paste option. Click one which is for formatting. You can hover on the options and choose formatting. Enter Esc key to get rid of dotted border around A7:A9 which came when you copied it.
  2. Select range B7:B18. In the home tab, there is number group right next to the alignment group. Click the little maxmize icon and it will open a model. Choose percentage category and decimal of 2 places should be default. If not, enter 2 in decimal places. Then click ok. Finally, copy B7:B18 and paste the formatting to D7:D18.
  3. Select C7:C18. click maxmize icon of the number group of home tab. Model will pop open. Click the number category and enter 3 in the decimal places.
  4. Select range A7:D9. Click on the fill color which is in font group. Hover on the color and they'll show their name, percentage of brigntness and accent. Locate Green, Accent 6, Lighter 80% and select it.
  5. Right click and copy A7:D9. Select A13:D15, right and paste only the formatting. Hover on the paste options and it'll showing formatting.
  6. Select A6:D18, in the font group there is border option. Click on it and select All Borders.
