Click B13. Type in =COUNT(C6:C11) to count the projects with booked facility hours.
To zoom in, set the Scheduling worksheet view to 120%. On the bottom-right, you can adjust the zoom levels. There is dragger with + - buttons.
Go to page layout tab > click orientation > choose portrait
