For Cell B9:

1. Right click and click on Hyperlink.
2. In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box, click on the Existing File or Web Page option on the left.
3. Browse and select the file Support_EX19_5a_Locations.docx.
4. In the "Text to display" box, type Narbonne Suites locations.
5. Click on the ScreenTip button and type View the current list of Narbonne Suites Locations in the dialog box that appears.
6. Click OK to close the ScreenTip dialog box.
7. Click OK again to insert the hyperlink.

For Cell B10:

1. Right-click on cell B10 which already has a hyperlink.
2. Choose Edit Hyperlink.
3. In the "Text to display" box, change the text to Narbonne Suites website.
4. Click on the ScreenTip button and type View the public-facing website for Narbonne Suites.
5. Click OK to close the ScreenTip dialog box.
6. Click OK again to update the hyperlink.
