b. Add Data Labels to the chart.

Alternatively, you can search "Column Sparkline", which is at the middle of the topmost section, and find it. Enter B9:D10 for the data range. Go to Sparkline tab. Click Ungroup. Click on cell E9. After that on the same tab, Click Axis. Under Vertical Axis Maximum Value, click Custom Value and enter -15000. Click cell E10 and then repeat the same step but enter -60000
a) Select A9:D10, go to insert tab. Click recommended chart and select Clustured Column. Or, you can click on Bar Chart options from the icons next to the Recommended Chart icon.
b) Move the mouse to the corner and drag it and extend at A11:D28
