To select the range click on H6, press shift key and then click H13. This way, you can select range H6 through H13.

a. Go to Home tab, under Number group, click on the expand icon and select Percentage.
Use the up-down button (it looks like an arrow pointing to the left with a number next to it) to remove any decimal places. Click on it until zero decimal places are shown.

b. With the range H6:H13 still selected, click on "Conditional Formatting" under Styles group of Home tab.

  • Hover over "Highlight Cells Rules" in the dropdown menu.
  • Click on "Greater Than...".
  • In the dialog box that appears, enter 0.24 in the box next to "Format cells that are GREATER THAN:".
  • In the "with" dropdown box on the right, select "Custom Format...".
  • In the "Format Cells" dialog box, go to the Fill tab and select a light red color for the cell fill.
  • Then, go to the Font tab and select a dark red color for the text.
  • Click OK on the "Format Cells" dialog box, and then click OK on the "Greater Than" dialog box.
