Select the range E6:E11, and then use the Flash Fill button (in the Editing group on the Home tab)

  1. Enter the values shown in Table 1 into the corresponding cells in the range B8:C11.

  1. Adjust the width of Column B using AutoFit.
  2. In cell E6, enter the following: AFS51EZ21

Select the range E6:E11, and then use the Flash Fill button (in the Editing group on the Home tab) to automatically enter codes into the remaining cells in the range. (Hint: You must use the Flash Fill button to properly receive credit for this step.)

  1. Fill in the value in respective cells and given in table. Type Yvonne Byrom in cell B8, 2018 in C8 and so on as shown in video below.
  2. Move your mouse at the top of column B. Hover between column B and C and double click.
  3. Enter AFS51EZ21 in cell E6. Now select cell E6, hold shift key and click E11 to select E6:E11. Go to Home tab > Under Editing ground, select Fill button > Click flash fill
