To apply custom sorting, go to the home tab. Select "Sort & Filter" under the Editing group. Now, select Custor Sort and a dialog will pop up.
Firstly, select Date in the Sort by field, Cell Values in Sort On field and Oldest to Newest in Order field.
Also, select Amount in the Sort by field, Cell Values in the Sort On field, and Smallest to Largest in the Order field.
