What do you think were the pros and cons of Imperialism?

Imperialism is when a strong country takes over a weaker one. Some good things about it were that the powerful country could get more resources, sell more things, and teach the people in the other country new stuff. They could also build new roads and things like that to make it easier for everyone to get around. But, there were also bad things about imperialism. People in the weaker country could be treated unfairly, lose their own way of life, and have to depend on the stronger country for everything.

Imperialism was effective overall. Some of the significant positive factors were the development of transportation New and more innovative transportation systems such as rail, and road sea were gaining sensation and popularity. Furthermore, the spread of culture and advances in healthcare made an exceptional impact. Education became more relevant and substantial. On the other hand, imperialism had negative aspects, such as violence and native beliefs being disregarded and disrespected. Moreover, traditional language and culture were wiped from natives, and their identities were stripped.
