If an object is moving linearly with constant acceleration to the east (right). In 15.0 seconds, the object accelerated from 0m/s to 85.0m/s (to the east). What is the acceleration of the object moving east? After additional 5.00 seconds, what is the velocity of the object? Please indicate the direction of velocity and acceleration as well.

For first condition,
t1 = 0
v1 = 0 m/s

For second condition,
t2 = 15.0 s
v2 = 85.0 m/s

For third condition, 5.00 seconds later,
t3 = 15.0 + 15.00 = 10.0 second

a = v2v1t2t1\frac{v_2 \, - \, v_1}{t_2 \, - \, t_1} = 85.0015.00\frac{85.0 \, - \, 0}{15.0 \, - \, 0} = 5.67 m/s2

v3 = v1 + a(t3 - t1) = 0 + 5.67(20.0 - 0) = 113 m/s
